    3) Return Period (7 Days)

    You may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery of your order.

    To be eligible, the product must:

    • Be unused and in resalable condition.
    • Include the original tags.
    • Include the original packaging and accessories.
    • Be returned following our provided retur

    We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of use, damage not caused by a manufacturing defect, or incomplete packaging.

    4) Consumer Cancellation Right

    Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers may have the right to cancel their purchase within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.

    To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within the applicable period.

    The returned product must be in appropriate condition, and return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by

    5) Return Costs

    • If the return is requested due to incorrect size selection, personal preference or customer error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • If the item has a manufacturing defect or we shipped the incorrect product, NationsKit will cover the applicable return costs.

    6) Exchanges

    Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive a refund where applicable.

    7) Refunds

    Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

    • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from our shipping error or a manufacturing defect.

    8) Faulty or Damaged Products

    • A replacement product; or
    • A full refund.

    9) Personalised Products

    Personalised products (such as jerseys with custom names and numbers) may only be returned if:

    • The product contains a manufacturing def
    • The personalisation differs from the confirmed order.

    Returns or refunds will not be accepted for spelling mistakes, names, numbers or other personalisation details submitted incorrectly by the customer.

    10) Bulk & Wholesale Orders

    Orders containing 20 or more items or with a total order value exceeding USD $1,000 are considered Bulk or Wholesale Orders.

    Due to the significant operational costs associated with inventory allocation, supplier commitments, order preparation, quality control and fulfillment, processing of these orders may begin immediately after payment has been successfully received.

    Once processing has begun, Bulk or Wholesale Orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

    Cancellation requests submitted before processing begins may be considered solely at the discretion of NationsKit.

    NationsKit also reserves the right to claholesale Order based on quantity, ordervalue, repeated purchases or other commercial indicators, even if the order does not strictly meet the thresholds above.

    By placing a Bulk or Wholesale Order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.
